By using rashiyo.com (“Rashiyo”, “the service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Entertainment and guidance only — important

All content on Rashiyo — daily rashifal, chart readings, transit scores, wealth energy, exam focus, travel and decision cards, and AI-generated write-ups — is provided for entertainment, cultural interest and personal reflection only. It is not professional advice.

• •Not medical or psychological advice: consult a qualified doctor or mental-health professional for any health concern. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
• •Not exam or career outcome prediction: our study/exam content speaks only to focus, routine and effort. It does not and cannot predict whether you will pass, rank or be selected.

2. Accuracy of calculations

Charts are computed from the birth details you enter using a deterministic astronomical model. If your birth date, time or city is inaccurate or approximate — for example when you skip birth time and we apply a neutral 12:00 PM default, or when your birth city is not in our location index and a regional fallback coordinate is used — the results will shift accordingly. We make no warranty of astrological or astronomical exactness.

3. Acceptable use

• •Do not use the service to harass, defame or profile another person without their consent.
• •Do not scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls.
• •Do not republish or resell our generated readings as your own commercial product.
• •Do not submit unlawful content, or another person's birth details without their permission.

4. AI-generated content

The AI Deep-Dive feature produces text automatically. It may be imprecise, inconsistent between runs, or occasionally wrong. Treat it as a reflective prompt, never as fact or instruction. We may rate-limit or withdraw this free feature at any time.

5. Availability and changes

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature without notice, and may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

6. Privacy

Your birth details are handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
